I wish to respect those who came before me — especially the indigenous people who’ve been using these substances for thousands of years — and while I do view these substances as deserving of respect and spiritual I am okay with and even promote light, recreational use. And while I’m not as totally drop out of modern society, everyone should dose acid of the counterculture of the 60s, I take with me their ideas of unity and peace. And while the scientific and medicinal approach of today’s psychedelic angle has been promising, I am wary of capitalism and for-profit corporations.
