WATCH IN HD + earphones "the time for sleep is now but it's nothing to cry about 'cause we'll hold each other soon" this was incredible difficult to make for several reasons. first of all because it was really stressful i didn't know how to fit some parts into the video and it was just difficult to put together as a whole and i really wanted to give it up because i was too stressed out but i ended up finishing it anyway because im stubborn like that hehe so this was the result... i know it's messy but i really needed to make a video of them which leads me to my next point of why this was difficult to make BECAUSE I WAS CRYING!! the finale left me devastated. I've been REALLY emotionally attached to these characters since forever now, the book was one of my favorites for the longest time and it just has a really important place in my heart... so when i found out there was gonna be a series about it i was excited but also scared because i really thought they were gonna ruin it for me and then the trailer came out and it left me really disappointed because it didn't looked good at all (at least that's what i thought) i obviously knew i was gonna watch the show either way but i wasn't expecting to be this surprised with the results the show was magnificent!! (if you haven't watch it yet please do) they managed to create the perfect atmosphere and the cast was made for these characters they all did such an incredible job bringing these characters into life. AND THE SOUNDTRACK?? NO WORDS. 10/10 best john green adaptation i think. but anyway as i was saying before this rant, i was devastated with the finale. i obviously knew alaska was going to die because I've read the book like a hundred times but still that didn't prepare me to see her die in the show. i was crying during the whole scene where she leaves miles and then during almost all the last episode and this song plays during that scene and it's just the perfect combination of sad and beautiful which sums up their story pretty well. and last but not least... MY BABIES!! they were perfect. they are so soft and beautiful arggggg cries can we talk about how tthe two times they slept together they fell asleep holding hands ??!!!!!!!!!! i can't. and their kiss scene was beyond beautiful and so soft and the lighting and just ahhh everything about it. and the thanksgiving weekend was literally perfection and exactly how i picture it in my head when i was reading the book. "i would always love alaska young my crooked neighbor, with all my crooked heart" DONT TOUCH ME IM HAVING A MOMENT.
