She now serves the community of Dallas as a Pharmacy Manager. Dr. Fomuso is passionate about helping people to lead healthier lives through health education. She focuses on Public Health challenges that arise from the lack of patient knowledge about the impact that prescriptions have on their health. Dr. Fomuso's talk demonstrates why reading is fundamental especially with medications. Dr. Lusia Fomuso has worked her way through the world of pharmaceuticals in roles such as technician, intern, and pharmacy manager in retail pharmacies and in hospitals.
