Humanitarian aid in Syria has drastically reduced during a critical time: NRC

Syrian opposition forces they are advancing in government-held territory, and have seized control of several towns in the northwestern Hama province. Opposition fighters were seen firing Syrian Army positions near Hama city. The military helped by Russian forces, has responded to their advances with dozens of air strikes. It targeted several healthcare facilities in Idlib in the last few days. Al Jazeera’s Sinem Koseoglu has more from Turkiye's border with Syria.
