Over time my and Sum’s workout routine has consistently changed and evolved. Earlier Sum and I used to do every workout and every meal together. But these days considering our different Gym Goals, we do it differently. I focus on cardio, whereas Sam is much into lifting. In this video, we have covered our Gym Routines and Schedules.
