Replenish from hours of sleep drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. 6. Checking your phone. 80% of us check our phone within 15 minutes of waking up. I know it's hard but checking your phone the first 15 minutes is a fast way to derail the day before it gets started. It also affects your health and productivitiy.
