Will Congress Send Out More Stimulus Checks? One Check or Monthly? $6,000 Total? What we know so far is the bill that passed the house does in fact include another $1,200 stimulus check. If the bill passes the senate, the $1,200 check will be disbursed yet again to those who qualify. Unfortunately, the house passed this bill of $1,200 which IS NOT a recurring monthly stimulus check. This bill also includes dependents up to a maximum of $6,000 per household. So joint filers can expect $2,400. And $1,200 for each dependent capped at 3 for a total of $6,000. Qualifications. Income limits is the same as the first stimulus check that was passed. $75,000 or less. $150,000 or less if filed jointly. Remember. This has only been passed by the House. The Senate and the President still need to sign off on it. Based on this stimulus package, I am sure this will pass but the republicans in the Senate will likely need some alterations to the bill including further tax credits.
