Interface: 1. Transport Velocity This adjusts Conveyor belt Speed 2. Label Dispense Delay This is the label to bottle dispense time ratio in relation to the bottle and label sensor activation in order for the label to be dispensed at the correct time onto the bottle as the bottle reaches the sensor. 3. Label Stop Delay This determines the amount of label that sticks out of the peel plate that will make contact with the passing bottle, this is a fraction of the label that will stick out after the previous label has been dispensed. (this should not exceed 5mm) 4. Label Dispense Protection This is to ensure if the label reel backing paper has torn/ broken that it will only dispense a few labels before stopping. (If the label length is long we will then increase the label protection value) 5. Label Dispense Speed This is the speed at which the label is dispensed onto the bottle. 6. Output Frequency This value should always be set to the highest value, this is the production label counter. 7. Label Dispense Test This is used to test the dispensing of the labels once the label roll has been applied and the sensor has been set up. 8. Label Dispense On/Off This is used for testing bottles on the conveyor belt system through the line without labels being dispensed.
