It is all already in you! In “The Art of Freestyle” you will get different tasks that will help you break repeating movement patterns, find your own flow and embody your emotions. It’s going to spark your creativity and help you create beautiful routines that fit your personal style of movement. But most of it all, it is supposed to create a container of like-minded people who are eager to get out of their comfort zone, move, explore and feel.
