Club Young Leaders India-France 2019 brings together 10 promising personalities, who have proven themselves in various fields such as aeronautics, investigative journalism, baking, renewable energy, sustainable architecture, etc. Founded by the President of the French Republic, H.E. Mr Emmanuel Macron, during his State visit to India in 2018, this Club aims to enhance France’s attractiveness among its primary ambassadors. — Ajay Singh, 33, is Founder and President of Nimray-Solar, Mentor of Change - NITI Aayog, and Blockchain Developer in IBM. Founded in 2017, Nimray-Solar is a very promising Indian blockchain solar energy start-up. Ajay’s plan: developing technology for net metering which involves deducting energy production from energy consumption while using photovoltaic solar panels. The idea is to network several households, at least ten across a neighbourhood, using blockchain technology. A household can either be an energy producer or consumer. Ajay received the Global Energy Award Winner 2018 at “Le Monde – Smart Cities Award 2018” in Singapore. Ajay was a speaker at the Paris Peace Forum and is interested in incubation in France.
