U.P: In yet another shocking incident, eight students of a polytechnic college in Jhansi have been arrested for allegedly blackmailing a college minor girl and thereafter raping her. The girl was thrashed and rape by the one accused, while the others aware of the horror remained quiet. An examination was underway at the campus where this shocking incident took place. The cops have arrested the accused. He has been booked under the IPC and POSCO Acts. The District Minister says the National Securities Act will be invoked against all the accused. The police have addressed this matter and necessary action will be taken.
