Prosthesis fabricated by the lab and the zig was made with help of impression transfers to duplicate the shape of the final abutment in the patient's mouth Patient recalled on Day 3 for the insertion of the final prosthesis. Healing caps were removed and the zig was placed with rubber dam sheet and the abutments popping out of the zig were cut down till the zig with the metal cutting bur Zig removed and the prosthesis checked for fitting and occlusion. Prosthesis cemented with Premier Implant Cement No Incision, No Flap and No Stitches Everything completed uneventful and the patient took just one pain-killer on the day of the surgery precautionary.
