Unfortunately, due to the strength of their cases, I wasn't able to disassemble the ones I had, and install said parts. I explained that I was still very pleased that they wanted to sort out the small, honest mistake and that I was interested in buying one of their larger cases for my Necrons, as the Monolith is too tall to be realistically stored in one of the smaller, white ABS cases I already had. They very kindly offered me a discount to make up for the mistake, to be used on one of the cases I had my eye on.
