Hermione disappears on the day the Death Eaters attack the Quidditch World Cup,Everyone thinks she was killed or taken by the death eaters. Everyone has lost hope that she will come back but Harry has a feeling she is still alive.Harry has a dream one night of Hermione and he knows its the Dark Lord trying to drive him mad but he hears Hermione screaming for him to stop showing Harry the dream.He knew he was right about Hermione still being alive so he tries to tell Ron but he doesn't believe him and also blames him for Hermione disappearing. He goes into Dumbledore's office to tell Dumbledore that he knows she's still alive. Harry has a urge to see his past memories and maybe he will be able to get a clue where she is being held. He remembers them talking on the bridge but his memory is altered for some unknown reason. Hermione tells him she will never betray him even if it cost her life.She also tells him to get a move on in finding her right before she sends him flying but as Ron in Hermione's memory. After he flys out of Hermione/his memory's he finally gets to tell Dumbledore everything even though he finds out Dumbledore already knew she was alive. Dumbledore tells him that he will not give up in finding Hermione what ever the cost. Harry agrees and then its to be continued.
