Once again, I talk about what exact it is and cover the different types of pleural effusions, covering both the pathophysiological classifications of transudative and exudative, but also the classification based on the source or type of fluid. Then I again cover the signs and symptoms and how they are similar or differ from pneumo/hemo thoraxes, as well as looking at the different imaging that we use for diagnosis.
