Welcome to nearly 12 hours of warm colours in a snow white winter, presented by the Campfire Experience and creator Robin Lund. This campsite is along the farm road of my property, which I travel on almost daily when the snow isn't too deep. The winter has now made it more of an excursion. The red barn in the background is my neighbour’s property. All the way back is the mountain Nonstind (930 metres / 3000 feet above sea level) enveloped in the deep red and orange of the polar night light. Trivia: I hiked the Nonstind mountain a couple of years ago and made a short video: • Nonstinden, Kvæfjord, 930 moh., 31. juli 2022 Enjoy! MAN-MADE AUTHENTIC FOOTAGE & SOUNDSCAPE, RECORDED ON LOCATION, seamlessly loop edited to enable a continuous, hours long timeline. See the Community section for behind-the-scenes photos. WHY STEREO? This channel makes quite an emphasis on providing a true stereo audio recording, and you might ask yourself what the stereo fuss is about. Well, it’s about that immersion thing. While it is easier to record crackling sounds in mono, no-one experiences a campfire with one ear directly in the fire (ouch!). Humans have two ears, which offers spatial awareness. And there is always ambience around a campfire, so that should also be part of the recording. A true binaural recording might be a little too distracting. I’ve found that a mindful stereo setup serves the overall scenes the best. Feel free to add your thoughts on this in the comments. ABOUT ADS: While the channel has turned off mid-roll ads on all videos, YouTube has stated that they may insert some ads despite this. Apologies. Sadly, this channel has no way to remedy this unfortunate practice. SUPPORT THE WORK OF ORIGINAL CONTENT CREATORS: 1. Like and subscribe (free!) 2. Leave feedback and suggestions in the comments. 3.
