The MDSX has been designed to offer all the benefits of our DSX technology in a lighter and more compact platform. The fully mounted MDSX utilizes the same seeding coulter as the DSX and will work in conjunction with the Horizon FT2200 front hopper or a customer’s existing front hopper. The MDSX is available in 3 different platforms; our mounted 3m rigid frame, our 4-6m folding frame (4m, 5m and 6m) and our three section folding 7.5-9m platform (7.5m, 8m and 9m). Key Features: Light and versatile alternative to the high performance DSX. Row spacing options of 22cm or 25cm. Wide range of working widths available, all within EU road transport dimensions. 25 horsepower required per meter. When working in conjunction with the Horizon FT2200 the MDSX can sow two different products, either together or in alternate rows. 1 or 2 distribution heads for multiple products. Optional pneumatic row cleaners are available on the MDSX with 25cm row spacings. Optional 400l mini hopper. Optional weight blocks. Optional tractor weight transfer system.
