For more videos please visit my You Tube channel BD ENDOSCOPY    / @bdendoscopy3663   FINDINGS : PAPILLA: Looks normal buldge and ulcerated. No bile flow seen. PANCREATOGRAM: Not attempted. CHOLANGIOGRAM: The terminal CBD is narrowed. Rest of CBD up to cystic duct region is grossly dilated. Another narrowing at the cystic duct region up to distal CHD. Proximal CHD and intrahepatic ducts are grossly dilated. A 10cm uncovered metallic stent is implanted into the billiary tree across the narrowed segments with establishment of free flow of bile. BIOPSY: Taken from ampulla for histopathology. COMMENTS: Findings are highly suggestive of Ampullary Ca. (Please see the description also).
