Decline Bench Dumbbell Pullover 4 sets 10-12 reps 2012 tempo 45 sec rest A2. Decline Bench Cable Pullover 4 sets 10-12 reps 3020 tempo 45 sec rest B. Neutral Grip Weighted Chins 5 sets 3-5 reps 30X0 tempo 3 min rest C1. Bent Over Supported Nose Rows 4 sets 10-12 reps 2021 tempo 45 sec rest C2. T-Bar Rows 4 sets 10-12 reps tempo 30X0 45 sec rest This style of back workouts is also something I would do if I was preparing for a photo shoot - trying to get ripped while maintaining my muscle mass. The high volume plus heavy loads will ensure you stay as big as possible while leaning down.
