North Las Vegas police investigate three murders in a week, latest suspect at large

North Las Vegas Police investigated three murders in the span of a week. The latest happening Thursday at the Glenbrook Terrace Apartments by Losee Road and Centennial Parkway before 10 p.m., North Las Vegas Police said in a statement. Officers arrived to find an unresponsive 40-year-old man. Medical personnel tried life-saving measures, but he died from his injuries. Police said the suspect left the scene before officers arrived. Detectives are now investigating. Another man died on Sunday, October 26, after police responded to the intersection of Cheyenne Avenue and North 5th Street to a car crash that resulted from a shooting.
