This is the first of six sketches which appeared in the second series of The All New Alexei sayle Show. It's a parody of 'The Time Tunnel' and sees two drunks journey through time and meet various historical figures all played by Jim Carter. Back at base the unfolding events are watched by sexy scientist Jenny Agutter who sees the effect the drunks' tampering in time has done. In this opener the drunk duo played by Alexei and Peter Capaldi stumble accross the plot to assassinate Rasputin with predictably sozzled consequences.
