There's a lot of parts to take off for the valve chest to be free, and in this video I go through the whole process. Use the chapter markers below to help with getting to specific parts of the video. 00:00:00 - Intro 00:00:52 - Stuff that has to be removed to get to the Valve Chest 00:06:08 - Removing bottom roll pin on parking brake shaft 00:10:38 - Removing Quadrant's exposed bottom bolt (It's a pain) 00:13:29 - Quadrant front plate removal 00:14:45 - Removing Nyloc Nut from Connecting Link 00:16:30 - Removing remaining bolts for Quadrant 00:17:52 - Quadrant is Free! 00:19:03 - Looking inside front of Right Hand Bracket where Quadrant is fitted 00:20:20 - Looking over the Quadrant on the bench 00:22:37 - Removing Parking Brake Handle, Pawl, and Spring 00:25:02 - Removing Front Pressure Pipe Connection Bolts 00:26:59 - Loosening Lube Pipe bolt 00:28:50 - Removing Plate over Bypass and Hold Valves 00:29:53 - Using Drag Link Socket for Bypass and Hold Plugs 00:32:07 - Removing rear cover from Right Hand Ramshaft Bracket 00:32:34 - Pushrod Mechanisms inside the Right Hand Bracket 00:33:11 - Depth Control cable, mechanism, push rod, and spring 00:33:45 - Disconnecting spring from Depth Control push rod 00:34:11 - Removing nuts off end of Sensing Cable 00:35:38 - Don't push arms too far forward! You'll break stuff! 00:36:48 - Operation of Height Control Pushrod and Cam 00:37:38 - Removing Pushrods and Guide Bracket from Right Hand Ramshaft Bracket 00:41:05 - Removing Left Hand cover from Ram Cylinder 00:44:55 - Looking over the Left Hand Cover on the Bench 00:47:04 - Getting the hoist in place and hooked up 00:48:58 - Removing the bolts on Right Hand Bracket 00:51:20 - Pulling Ramshaft, Right Hand Bracket away from tractor 00:57:55 - Moving it all over to the workbench 00:58:58 - Removing Cam Plate from inside Right Hand Bracket 01:01:11 - Separating Ramshaft and Right Hand Bracket 01:01:51 - Moving Ramshaft back away from workbench to a safe spot 01:02:48 - Don't forget to fish out the Lube Pipe if it fell! 01:03:12 - IT'S ALL DONE!
