(Disclaimer: The content in this video is intended for educational and informational purposes only) Fort Worth, Texas — On October 23, 2025, two Fort Worth Police Officers responded to a vehicular collision on I-30 between Eastchase Parkway and Cooks Lane that resulted in the female driver and an infant child being ejected from the vehicle. The infant was pinned beneath the overturned vehicle and was unresponsive. Sgt. R. Nichols (Badge #3590) and Officer E. Bounds (Badge #3521) with help from witnesses to the accident, were able to free the trapped infant. Sgt. Nichols immediately began to perform CPR on the unconscious infant, eventually waking the child and keeping her alive until Medstar arrived on scene.
