Bandlaguda Police Arrest Five Accused in Mohisin Murder Case

PRESS NOTE THE BANDLAGUDA POLICE, CHANDRAYANGUTTA DIVISION, SOUTH EAST ZONE, HYDERABAD CITY, ARRESTED THE MURDER CASE ACCUSED PERSONS WITHIN A SHORT SPAN OF TIME On 29-10-2025 at about 2245 hrs, on the complaint of Sri Sajjad R/o. Ghouse Nagar, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad regarding murder of one Mohisin, in front of Azam Emporium Shop, Ghouse Nagar, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, a murder case has been registered During the course of investigation, on 01-11-2025 arrested the following accused persons who are responsible for committing the murder of deceased Mohisin and being produced before the Hon’ble court for judicial custody. A-1. Syed Sha Fahad, S/o. Syed Sayeed, aged about 23 yrs, Occ: Cab driver r/o. H.No. 18-12-418/O/82, C- Block, Hafez Baba Nagar, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, Cell No. 6304994579. A-2. Syed. Sohail S/o. Syed Jaffar, aged about 21 yrs, Occ: Auto Driver, r/o. H.No. H. No. 19-13-8/N, Jahangirabad, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, Cell No. 6301384572 A-3. Mohammed Amer S/o. Mohammed Kareem, aged about 24 yrs, Occ: Auto Driver, r/o. Plot No. 101-B, Farooq Nagar, Falaknuma, Hyderabad, Cell No. 6304415332 A-4. Mohammed Bin Abdullah Saif @ Mohammed Topi, S/o. Abdulla Bin Mubarq Saif, aged about 32 yrs, Occ: Auto driver, r/o. H.No. 18-12-418/O/8/C, Omer Colony, Hafeezbaba Nagar, Hyderabad, Cell No. 7660041726 A-5. Shaik Afroz S/o. Shaik Gaffar, aged about 30 yrs, Occ: Cab driver, r/o. H. No. 19-13-8/N, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, Cell No. 9110319118 During the course of investigation, it has been revealed that the accused persons are close friends. The accused person A-1 Syed Sha Fahad and A-4 Mohammed Bin Abdullah Saif @ Mohammed Topi were having rivalry with one Riyaz and Hashmath, who are members of individual cow-theft gangs. Both these gangs bore a grudge against them, as they had earlier provided information about their criminal activities to the police, which led to their arrest and remand to judicial custody. Subsequently, after securing bail, some members of the said gangs began searching for person A-1 Syed Sha Fahad and A-4 Mohammed Bin Abdullah Saif @ Mohammed Topi with an intention to take revenge and eliminate them. In the meantime, the deceased Shaik Mohisin informed that both gangs were searching for them. Later, it was revealed that the deceased Mohisin himself was passing on their movements and information to the rival gangs. Moreover, the accused persons suspected that the deceased Shaik Mohisin had financially supported the Adil gang, which had earlier committed the murder of A-1’s cousin, Mubarak Sigar, in January 2024. In view of this, the accused A-1 Syed Sha Fahad and A-4 Mohammed Bin Abdullah Saif @ Mohammed Topi conspired with the other accused persons and hatched a plan to eliminate the deceased. In pursuance of their plan, on 29-10-2025 at about 2100 hours, the accused A-1 to A-3 proceeded to the pan shop of the deceased situated at Ghouse Nagar, Bandlaguda, called him out from the shop, and attacked him with a sickle and knives, causing multiple grievous injuries, which led to his death. The entire investigation was done under the direct supervision of Sri S. Chaitanya Kumar, IPS., Dy. Commissioner of Police, South East Zone, Hyderabad City and Sri A. Sudhakar, Asst. Commissioner of Police, they have appreciated Sri R. Devender, Inspector of Police, along with his team, for swift action in apprehending the accused persons. (S. CHAITANYA KUMAR) Dy.
