Well, here it is. My first freight elevator on YouTube. This famous freight elevator has been filmed by Dieselducy, dea41396returns, owenhinton, Elevators of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Mid Atlantic Transport, Elevating Western PA, American Trains & Elevators, and a bunch of other enthusiasts! Ever since I've heard about the very loud bell (now removed) and the phantom voice (stopped working), I've always wondered how annoying this would've been if I filmed here 13 years ago. Over the years, despite this elevator has gotten beaten up, and with just the strobe light being the annoying part, this freight elevator still runs well, and if I were to film here again, it would probably be after the cheap magnetic switches get replaced (though I doubt that would happen). Oh and, if you're going to sneak into authorized personnel corridors at malls, please be responsible. If somebody encounters you, and if they tell you to leave, leave or you will be cited for trespassing.
