Priority Chef is a small family run company. They make quality kitchen items that are very affordable compare to big named retailers. A Potato Ricer is one of those kitchen tools you didn’t know you need. If you think it’s just for potatoes, you are wrong. Unfortunately we only had time to show you 4 ways of using this potato ricer. There are so many uses for this handy little tool. For example you can use it to press garlic, squeeze water from your frozen spinach without getting frostbite, lemon/lime juicer, squeeze liquid from canned tuna, etc. As you’ve witnessed in this video, it is very easy to use. The mashed potatoes and guacamole turned out super smooth and creamy. They both take very little time to make, less mess to clean up. The egg salad looks so presentable and yummy. Spatzle was really delicious and fun to make. With the Holiday Seasons creeping up on us, we will be using this a lot more for sure.
