Testing The Renogy 1000 Watt Inverter: Is it Enough Power for Preppers?

Whether traveling in an RV or preparing for an emergency, a backup power system is essential. In this video, I walk through using a Renogy LifePo4 Smart Battery with a Renogy 1000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter. I tested a few appliances that might be useful in an emergency grid-down scenario, including a space heater and a hot plate. While more than 1000 watts is needed for preparedness purposes, it is a good start. To run most household appliances, you would need between 1500 and 2000 watts. I will be building a DIY solar power generator with this battery and inverter, but before I do, I wanted to test everything out.
