Many of us struggle when having conversations with children about the death of a loved one and explaining the concept of donation. As we know, the concept of death is complex, and depending on the age and developmental stage of the child (or children), it can be hard to know what the best approach may be in offering support. Families play a vital role in the communication with children, and it is beneficial to have a clear understanding of the family dynamics prior to embarking on these discussions.
