We start the day by linking up at our meeting point and connecting our intercoms for some fun conversations on the road. The ride begins with navigating the heavy traffic of Lahore before we hit the highway where we captured some amazing cinematic shots of our bikes. Upon entering Kasur city we encountered an unexpected situation. The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) force had closed several roads to clear street encroachments by local merchants. The city was chaotic but we managed to navigate through it to reach our first food destination. We stopped at the famous Javed Fish point to try their renowned Tawa Fried Fish. We ordered 3 kilograms of fish for the four of us. I take you into the kitchen to show how this delicious fish is prepared and I even ask the chef about the ingredients used in the making. The taste was incredible and attracts people from all over Pakistan. The adventure continued in the Old Walled City of Kasur which is famous for its sweets. We went hunting for the famous Kasuri Faluda but the situation escalated. The PERA force was actively removing illegal roof sheds and the electricity suddenly went out. We had to run through the dark streets amidst the anti-encroachment operation to finally reach the Faluda shop.
