I honestly didn't realise I had formed an eating disorder, I'd been tested for so many things like Crohn's, thyroid issues, PCOS, the lot - until accepting that it may have something to do with how I tried to eat as little as possible (because technically I wasn't underweight at this point - this can happen at any weight). Our genetic make-up means whatever we do, we will always all look different. Educate yourself on why we all need fat and why this doesn't correlate with health.
