Momen, Head of the Policy and Advisory Division, actively participated in the Consultative Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the proposed Bangsamoro Assistance Development Act of 2024 (Bangsamoro Aid Bill) pursuant to BTA PB No. 394. The consultation, held on February 11, 2026 at Molave Hotel in Tagum City, forms part of ongoing efforts to advance sustainable and inclusive development for Bangsamoro communities — including those outside the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. The proposed measure seeks to institutionalize accessible, equitable, and responsive development assistance mechanisms, consistent with the Bangsamoro Organic Law.
