Follow my 2nd day on my fitness advent calendar to help you stay on track of your exercise and fitness goals. This programme has been designed to help you in setting your health and nutrition goals for 2016 and to take some time each day to make progress toward your goals. This clip includes some examples of dynamic warmup exercises to perform before you start your workout as well as some advice on posture and gentle stretching to relive neck, shoulder and lower back pain.
