🔱 Baglamukhi Mata Temple Pitambara Peeth Full Tour | Datia Vlog | Secret Anusthaan & History 🌼 One of North India's Most Powerful Temples Dedicated to Maa Baglamukhi – Pitambara Peeth Datia In this special vlog, I take you on a full tour of one of the three most prominent Baglamukhi temples in North India — the sacred Pitambara Peeth in Datia, Madhya Pradesh. After covering Baglamukhi Mata Temple in Bankhandi (Himachal Pradesh) and Nalkheda (Madhya Pradesh) in my previous vlogs, this completes the Trilogy of Maa Pitambara’s Major Temples. 📍 Journey from Jhansi to Datia Early morning, I started my trip from Jhansi, which is just 28 kilometers away from Datia. Within an hour, I reached Pitambara Peeth, excited to seek blessings from Maa Baglamukhi and explore this powerful spiritual center. 🌼 Entering Pitambara Peeth – The Yellow Divine Aura As yellow is the favorite color of Maa Pitambara, I bought a garland of yellow flowers and besan ke laddu as prasad. Entering through the main gate, I walked along a long corridor which leads to the temple compound. The atmosphere here is filled with devotion and divine energy. 🛕 Right in front is the Pitambara Devi Temple, and opposite it are a Shiva Temple and the Samadhi of Swami Ji Maharaj – the great saint who established this Peeth. Behind these is the Haridra Sarovar, but during my visit, it had no water. 🙏 Darshan of Maa Pitambara (Baglamukhi Mata) Joining the queue with fellow devotees, I had a smooth darshan of Maa Pitambara, the eighth Mahavidya known for paralyzing enemies and removing obstacles. The aura of the garlanded murti, the chants, and the atmosphere was truly divine. 🕉 After the darshan, I visited the statue of Swami Ji Maharaj, and then walked towards the ancient Bankhandeshwar Mahadev Temple — said to be from the Mahabharat era. Here, you’ll also see small shrines of other deities like Hanuman Ji, Maa Durga, and more. 🔥 Yagyashala – The Center of Secret Anusthaans One of the most powerful spots inside Pitambara Peeth is the Yagyashala, where secret rituals (Anusthaan) are performed for victory in court cases, politics, and other critical life matters. 🕉 The most famous anusthaan happened during the 1962 Indo-China war, when 75 learned Pandits performed a massive Yagya dedicated to Maa Baglamukhi and Maa Dhumavati. Soon after the rituals concluded, China withdrew its troops from Indian soil. Such is the spiritual might of this Peeth. 🌑 Dhumavati Mata Temple – The Mysterious Mahavidya Right next to the Yagyashala is the temple of Dhumavati Devi, one of the ten Mahavidyas. This temple opens only on Saturday evenings and is visited by many devotees. ⚠️ Note: Married women are not allowed to do darshan of Maa Dhumavati as per traditional beliefs, as it is considered inauspicious for them. 🛕 Other Temples Inside Pitambara Peeth Near the Dhumavati Temple, you’ll also find two more shrines – a small Shiva temple and a temple dedicated to Lord Parshuram, the sixth avatar of Vishnu. 🍛 Bhojanalaya – The Devotional Meal Experience After all the darshan and exploration, I visited the Bhojanalaya of Pitambara Peeth, which is part of Shri Pitambara Sanskrit Vishwapeeth, a school that imparts Vedic education to young children. Here, for just Rs. 10, you can get a food coupon and enjoy simple, satvik prasadi bhojan served from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily. 🌟 A Divine Experience Worth Remembering This was my complete tour of Pitambara Peeth, a place filled with spiritual energy, mysterious rituals, and divine blessings.
