Highlights from the Sea Acceptance Test (SAT) campaign of the unmanned Mine Countermeasures (MCM) capabilities onboard HNLMS Vlissingen, conducted at the end of January ahead of the vessel’s delivery to the Royal Netherlands Navy. Over several days at sea, including operations up to Sea State 4, Exail teams carried out a series of tests to validate the deployment and operation of the unmanned systems integrated into the MCM toolbox. The trials included: Deployment and recovery of the Inspector 125 Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) from the mothership Launch and recovery of the A18-M Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) from the USV Execution of a detection mission using the UMISAS sonar integrated on the A18-M
