As soon as the onion has turned golden, mix and leave alone again for 30 seconds. In the meantime, we crush the garlic and add it to the pan. Mix and add wine. Now we are interfering intensively. Evaporate alcohol for 1 minute over medium heat and pour 33% cream. Stir constantly so that it does not burn. At the end, we bring the sauce to taste with salt and pepper and add lemon so that the sauce does not seem very greasy to us. Take out all the excess with tweezers or drain the sauce through a sieve.
