Ingredients of Aamboli :- 3 cup of Rice [ Tandul ] 1 cup of Black Gram [ Urad dal ] 2.5 tbsp Split Chick Peas [ Chana dal ] 2.5 tbsp of Sabudana 1 tsp of Fenugreek seeds [ Methi Dane ] Salt Oil Ingredients of Masala paste [ Vatan ] :- 3 Medium size Onions 1/2 Wet coconut 6-7 Garlic 1 inch Ginger Ingredients of Black Peas Curry [ Kala Vatana Sambar ] : 200 Gram Boiled Black Peas [ Kala Vatana ] Oil Mustard seeds 1/2 Tsp Garlic 3-4 Curry leaves 8-10 1/2 chopped Onion 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder 1Tbsp Malavani masala [ As per your Taste ] 1Tsp Garam masala Salt to taste Ingredients of Moringa Leaves Recipe [ Shevga bhaji ] :- Moringa Leaves [ Shevga , Shegul cha pala ] Oil Garlic 6-7 Green chilli 2-3 ( as per taste ) Onion 2 large Turmeric powder [ optional ] Salt Wet coconut Note : Taste and adjust the salt and spices levels according to your taste .
