Some dodgy barrel rolls, don't put your feet down in these and you won't launch across the tunnel! Intro to transitions and did my first back to belly transition!!! After letting go of fear and just trusting and keeping my feet back, I finally felt where the air should be hitting the inner calf and ankle to keep you up in the middle of the transition. When I learned these, the IBA had not yet required to be signed off on knee fly first, I wish they had! Note: it makes a difference if you learn with a different instructor after many sessions with the same one. Once you find a good coach, stick with them if you can, much like having the same teacher at school for the whole year vs a new teacher every week.
