Lighthouses of Wales, Bardsey Island, Ynys Enlli, 1991, 1993 & 2021

Bardsey Island, Ynys Enlli is located in North wales about 2 miles off of the tip of the Llyn peninsula. This was filmed mostly during our husbandry visits out to Bardsey from the Holyhead Control Centre, apart from the 2021 visit when I had permission to go back and film from Trinity House. The lens had been removed to the National Trust Visitors Centre in Aberdaron, where they kindly let me in to film it in situ there. If you relish peace and quiet surrounded by nature then I can recommend either a day trip out to Bardsey or book a longer stay via the Bardsey Island Trust.
