PLAY MARIO & LUIGI BROTHERSHIP IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, THIS GAME IS PEAK!!! A huge thanks goes to Lunar (https://tumblr.com/mutedeclipse / https://bsky.app/profile/mutedeclipse...) for the art in both the video and thumbnail. They did an incredible job, and it was a real pleasure doing business with them. You can listen to the original track w/o lyrics here: • Mario & Luigi Brothership | Resist The Pow... • Mario & Luigi Brothership | Resist The Pow... Some of the game footage here was taken from @ninbanyan, but a lot of it is from my own personal recordings! My new capture card has rly been serving me well :3 ------------ Lyrics: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1X7J8... ------------ Yup, you're not reading the title wrong. For the first time ever, I have fully lyricized something... and it's a track I arranged to boot! Definitely wouldn't consider myself an expert lyricist by any means, so don't expect many (if any) more videos of this type from me, but this was really satisfying to put together. Zokket/Cozette and their dynamic is genuinely so fascinating, a real Nona/Maligula type situation with a lot of very fascinating things to unpack (especially when you dig deep into the clues we get about Concordian society even outside of the Cozette flashbacks.) Been genuinely brainrotting over Cozette especially, and I poured a lot of that into the lyrics here. All of her Glohm... all of that hidden frustration, rage, sadness... It's all here. Because in a twisted way, Zokket is Cozette at her most honest throughout the whole game. I could go on all day about these two fuckers, and I honestly might even try to do a video essay explaining why at some point. For now though, I'll cut my yap session short. Zokket's voice is inherently low and growl-y, so singing with it was a REALLY fun challenge, even if I shredded my throat for a wee bit afterward. And again, Lunar did a fantastic job on the art. Y'all should check them out! And uhhhhhh ye I hope y'all enjoy. :3 ------------ Zokket: MysteryMa'am Lyrics, Audio, Video: MysteryMa'am Art: Mutedeclipse Additional Footage: Ninbanyan
