I've been obsessively looking for a translation for Idol Festival since it released and I have found it!!! I literally finished timing the subs in 2 hours. (this video was a piece of cake to time compared to the other 20 min long vids) All because I wanted to share Sakuya calling himself "MahiMahiLove-san." fucKING MAHIMAHILOVE-SAN. THIS BOY IS SO GAY FOR MAHIRU I CAN'T. And that's why I did Track 4 before everything else. I'll get to the other tracks eventually, but it's gonna be slow, since I'm in my last year of high school and grades matter more than my life. Okay, now let me rant a bit here. I finished timing the video in about 2 hours, which was great. I had the everything ready and all I needed to do was to put everything together. BUUUUTTTTTT, VLC (this is my only working way to hardsub a video) DECIDED TO STOP HARDSUBBING FOR ME AND I SPENT FUCKING 4 HOURS TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK. I tried to find an alternative, but barely any programs supported hardsubbing .ass files and those that did all gave me some sort of error when I tried using it. I finally managed to get VLC to work, but it's not as HD as I want it to be. THEENNNNN, YOUTUBE DECIDED TO FUCK WITH ME AND TELL ME THAT THE VIDEO THAT I SPENT 2 MILLION YEARS TRYING TO MAKE COULDN'T BE PROCESSED. AND NOW, I HAVE OFFICIALLY SPENT 9 HOURS TRYING TO UPLOAD ONE VIDEO. To all the subbers out there, what program do you use to hardsub .ass files? Just a heads up, AviSynth and VirtualDub give me errors, so unless you can fix that, don't recommend that to me. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE TELL ME. I really don't want to go through all that again.
