Before embarking on the installation process, it is crucial to review and adhere to your local guidelines and policies governing the installation of LED walls. Additionally, calculate the combined weight of all LED cabinets to ensure that the designated wall can adequately support the load. Prior to the LED wall installation, proper wiring for power and network connections is imperative. Each column of your LED wall requires one network run. In an 8 by 8 configuration, you'll run a minimum of eight network runs depending on resolution to each bottom or top of the wall. Once power and network cables are in place, and the wall's position is mapped out, proceed to install the picture frame mounting bars as per the provided drawing for your wall size. Ensure the frame is securely anchored to wall studs, and all bars are perfectly level. Begin connecting the cabinets, with the arrow pointing up, to the outer frame, forming your first row. Secure cabinets together using shoulder screws. After each row, attach X plates to the back of cabinets to ensure a tight fit. Continue adding rows, securing cabinets with shoulder screws and X plates. Once cabinets are firmly secured, link power and network cables between each cabinet. Columns are connected using short network cables and built-in short power cables. Connect each column's network cable to the output of your LED Controller, following the left-to-right order…column 1 goes to output 1, column 2 goes to output 2, column 3 goes to output 3 and so on. Each cabinet draws a maximum power of 120 watts, totalling 7680 watts in an 8 by 8 configuration. You will link your column’s power together in a daisy chain based on your breaker maximum capacity to reduce the amount of power cords coming out the bottom of L.E.D Wall. With all power and network cables connected, start attaching LED modules to the cabinets one at a time. Connect modules with the arrow pointing up, using the SATA connector and magnets on the integrated power/network box. Ensure connectors are firmly attached but not forced, allowing for slight module movement for precise alignment with the cabinet edges. Throughout the process, periodically test a video source to ensure all connections are complete.
