I really do think Barry and Caitlin belong together. I still love Snowbert. They were so adorable for season three, just like Spallen was adorable in season two, but I think that Snowbarry should be endgame since the writers obviously aren't going to give us Snowbert or Spallen even though those two are the cutest canon pairings we've had, (in my opinion at least). Barry and Caitlin have such remarkable chemistry together and I think Barry was happier in season one when the writers actually let him and Caitlin interact. With the exception of how she acts when she's Killer Frost, Cait would never hurt Barry the way Iris does. The fact is, Barry and Caitlin understand each other in a way Iris will never understand Barry. Both Barry and Caitlin are science nerds while Iris doesn't care about science at all. Caitlin was part of Barry's life as the Flash from the very beginning while Iris was in the dark about it and blogging about the superhero she flirted with while she had a boyfriend and led on her best friend at the same time. I doubt the writers will do it seeing as they have gone to great lengths to keep Barry and Caitlin apart after realizing what remarkable chemistry they have so they can stick to the comic books, but I think most people know that the two of them belong together. I own nothing.
