Dhanurasana is an intense backward bend that sometimes ends up hurting our spine. While this posture is greatly beneficial - it boosts the health and flexibility of the spine, stretches the core muscles, aids in digestion and metabolism, etc. - it takes knowledge and practice to avoid the common pitfalls while doing the practice. In this video @yogawithpragya & @medha.bhaskar talk about the safe way to do dhanurasana using simple, easy to understand postural cues and highlight the most common mistakes that we usually do in #dhanurasana.
