Do 1-5 Rounds according to need, skill, and desire. Here is the order of moves for a single round. 12 to 24 Reps per Move 1) Bottoms Up Halo Squat 2) Overhead Swing 3) Around the Head Lateral Slash 4) Bow Stance Snatch 5) Alternating Clean from the Hole, Twist, Twist-to-Press 6) Lateral Swings 7) Alternating Clean from the Hole, Thru Legs to a Hold, Reverse Arc to Rack One Round can be blended in with other KB, Club, Mace, or Sandbag moves. Or you can perform several Rounds of this complex as a stand alone. Whenever possible I suggest you perform your movement practice outside. The more challenging the environment you practice in the more neurological connections will be made. Plus training in different locations helps to keep your movement practice fresh and interesting.
