Kicking off the restoration/customization of my 1987 Ford Econoline, I tear off the front end. Well, not the whole thing. Only stuff that doesn't require a cutting disk. I skillfully avoid getting tetanus and look for rust to be removed. My goal here is to turn my rusty old van into an awesome tow vehicle/car hauler/road trip mobile. I have no idea what I'm doing, but i'm going to do it anyway because this thing was free. That's the best kind of project car, the ones you already own and cost you nothing to buy. I didn't even have to go get it. It was in my driveway already, leaking an alarming amount of oil. And yes, it DOES have shag carpet inside. No, there is no free candy. There is some beef jerky in there, but it's mine. Hands off.
