How to make a ghost pepper corn chowder? Well, it is pretty simple. My ghost pepper corn chowder is insanely tasty and you will find yourself making it time and time again. You can make this recipe anytime of the year. If you don't have any ghost peppers on hand, some specialty stores should have them. Habaneros, jalapenos and serranos are also great in this chowder if ghost peppers are inaccessible. I made this with a homemade chicken stock using bones from whole chickens I smoked.
