Dades Gorge R704: JUST CRAZY, 360 View of the MOST DANGEROUS ROAD of North Africa, Atlas Mountains

ATTENTION VIEWERS: This is NOT a typical appliance repair video! While I usually focus on repairs, I'm sharing a breathtaking travel experience from my "Europe & North African busman's holiday." I'm driving a 9 m camper down dades valley and I'm pretty sure I would not have made it up this canyon if I was driving in the opposite direction, I would've definitely burnt the clutch out or got myself jammed on the corner. Driving a nearly 6-ton campervan on Morocco’s R704 road through the Dades Gorge is an experience I won’t forget in a hurry. This road known as one of the most dangerous in the world, twists and turns through the breathtaking Atlas Mountains with sheer drops, razor-sharp bends and stretches barely wide enough for a single vehicle. Navigating the snake bends of the Dades Gorge in a vehicle this size is nothing short of terrifying. Add to that the steep climbs, loose gravel and unpredictable conditions and it’s a real test of nerve and skill. You might be wondering about the condition of the R704 road. I can honestly say that it’s well-paved, and the road is in decent shape for climbing up and down the mountains. And the scenery? Absolutely unreal. Towering rock formations, deep canyons and some of the most dramatic landscapes Morocco has to offer.
