The selection of exercises covers all big joints (spine, shoulders, hips) & their major movement patterns. 🦴 These are relatively easy to perform or can be modified for each individual. 🤸🏼♀️ They include multiple joints and/or movement patterns and are therefore a more efficient use of your time. ⏳ Disclaimer: All of that being said - please be aware that there’s no such thing as a truly perfect „one size fits it all“ routine: we all have different prerequisites (anatomically/genetically) we all live different lives & jobs that influence our joints & muscles we are all in different stages of our movement / training journeys we need mobility for different things (e.g. specific sports) ..to name just a few.
