How to replace torsion bar mounts - Loud banging noise under truck - FIXED! - Silverado - Sierra

This 2003 GMC Sierra was making a loud banging and clunking noise underneath the vehicle. I need to replace the torsion bar mounts (Dorman 905-506). The torsion bar mount rusted completely in half, so the torsion bar crossmember was loose and banging against the frame. Talk about a loud banging noise when driving the vehicle. I show you how I replaced the torsion bar crossmember bushing mounts on this GM Truck. There's no need to mess with the torsion bar keys. I just used a floor jack to lift the crossmember up and down to get access to the bolts that were holding the mounts in place on the frame. Factory mounts are riveted in and need to be ground out with a grinder. Check out my channel for more repair and fun videos.
