Hi Everyone! My name is Arsiak Vartenian and I am so happy you've visited my page! I've been selling real estate for 15 plus years. What I love about selling real estate in Chicago is that Chicago is so diverse and has so much to offer. I love having the opportunity to work with different people in the different neighborhoods they want to explore. It's especially fun when buyers are coming in from a different city. They are often wowed when coming from New York, or California, and other coastal metropolitans at how much they can get for their dollar. In addition this city has some of the best architecture. Being apart of that is awesome. - When meeting with my clients for the 1st time, it's really important that I get to know them. I enjoy building a close relationship so that we can dig deep into what their needs and wants are. This is likely one of the biggest financial purchases they will make, whether they are buying or selling so that relationship is crucial. They have to be able to trust me to catch their blindspots. - A few things about me outside of work are; I love my family, every morning I get on a conference call with my mother and aunts, no joke. I go to the gym, come home and smother my 2 yorkies (Coco & Peanut) with love. My life is my husband, my family and my yorkies. - The biggest question I ask my clients in the first meeting is, "what are your goals and how can I help you achieve them?" - Whether that be school district, size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, or location, they're all important to determine the direction we are heading. - If you have any questions or are something that is looking to buy or sell in the Chicago area, I'd love to help!
